Description
I've been working on a new DW piece fearturing all of the Doctors and I wanted some timey wimey vortex in the background. So, I made this in a seperate file and I think it came out pretty dang cool. Then I thought it would be nice to post the file here for other people to use as stock.

You can wrap this up using the "wrap" in the transforms or you can "pinch" in the distort fillers to get even getter effects with this image.
