I've been working on a new DW piece fearturing all of the Doctors and I wanted some timey wimey vortex in the background. So, I made this in a seperate file and I think it came out pretty dang cool. Then I thought it would be nice to post the file here for other people to use as stock.You can wrap this up using the "wrap" in the transforms or you can "pinch" in the distort fillers to get even getter effects with this image.

haha. Thanks. I'm not sure of myself of how I made it, it started from one layer of a blue/gree/purple blended gragient then a few hours later it was like 5ish layers of pure awesome. heehee.
It was mostly just playing around and looking to see what worked, never really planed my steps.

I always want to have something like this in the background of my DW fanart, but I'm bad with fancy Photoshop effects. In the end, I always take the lazy path and give it one of my usual backgrounds.
