Want me to go in-depth, or just the generals of what I did? I use GIMP's filters. XD

(Sorry, I was in a hurry to get out the door earlier so I couldn't really explain then. ^^')
What I did was, I added the "difference clouds" filter, cranked the X-size all the way up and the Y-size most of the way down, turned the "detail" up to 15, and added 22 "new seeds" (I think the number was pretty obvious, haha. XD)
Does that make any sense at all? ^^' I get a little lengthy with my descriptions...
