I'm kind of ambivalent to "My Hero Academia", but the one thing I love about it is All Might's design.
Horikoshi got into an argument with his editors about how he looked. It's no secret that manga/anime is obsessed with youth to an almost ridiculous degree (Case in point, a character in "Attack on Titan" went from 15 to 19 years old, and it looks like he aged at least 20 years). They argued that the characters wouldn't look up to "an ugly old man" and wanted him to be younger and more attractive, but Horikoshi stuck to his guns. I commend him highly for that.
