Thank you! They are gorgeous when they fly, even though they look weird at different angles. Oh man, that sticks! I always forget when that airshow is and it seems like I am always busy around those dates. Haha. Yes, I am in AL. I was in FL just for the races so I missed Discovery's final launch. But I am going to try my hardest to see Endeavour's (and maybe Atlantis's) final launch. We shall see.

Your welcome! I've only seen one on the ground at a local air show but yet to see one fly, very different looking than the F-16's. Took me awhile to get used to them..probably am still not! XD I know right? I wish I could stay but don't want to be getting home at midnight. Your not missing much....bke week in Daytona! I drove up there a couple days ago just stayed for dinner then got out of there lol! I headed back down for the launch went home for a week and am back here for the landing. Going to be watching from a bridge in Titusville tomorrow. I'll be back for both Endeavour and Atlantis I'm hoping. Just comming down for the landing has proven bad luck for me already, my car was vandilized the first night we stayed at the hotel. Thank gawd the landing was delayed or I wouldn't of seen it.

Oh yes, much more different from seeing these things on the ground and in the air. They are slick beauties of the air. Thank goodness, I'm not there at Daytona this week. Bike week is always crazy because those bikers are everywhere and you can't get away from them. Very cool. I watch both the launch and the landing in front a big screen while a shuttle astronaut (Hoot Gibson) explained everything! Very cool. I'm going to try my hardest to witness the last two shuttle flight. I know for certain, I'll be there for Endeavour. That is horrible! I'm sorry to hear about your truck. Hopefully everything will turn out for the better.

There are some air shows comming up here soon, so hopefully I'll see them. I have to work standing around at both though -.- xD. They seemed to be all over FL! I even was in Plant City for a day and they where there also! I'm so glad we don't have that anywhere near where I live! Hopefully nothing will get in the way of me watching the launches, other wise I'll be there but probably going one day stay the day of the launch and heading back home the next like we did for the Discovery launch. The rest of the week turned out good! Got my truck back the next day and headed over to KSC for the day, next day watched Discovery and then headed over to Plant city.
