I like this band called Steam Powered Giraffe (wow no shit I never knew that Sarah -laughter in the distance-)

This band consists of the three robots Rabbit, The Spine, and Hatchworth, their humans Michael Reed and Matt Smith, the sound engineer Steve Negrete, and the Walter Girls who look after the robots. Now Rabbit is my favourite bot. I mean I love them all but I really like Rabbit.

Rabbit's played by Bunny Bennett. Bunny is a transwoman who is currently undergoing her transition. She recently made the character of Rabbit a girl as well.

I feel a weird sense of pride towards Bunny for feeling comfortable enough to be herself in her act as well as, uh, in herself.

I know a good number of people think the opposite of this: there's always those comments on their youtube that say "I JUST WANT BUNNY (although normally they put her birth name instead) TO REALISE WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MAN HE IS AND BE HAPPY IN THE BODY GOD GAVE HIM BECAUSE HE IS A MAN AND HE NEEDS TO GET OVER THIS PHASE". Like no can you just no leave Bunny alone she's a woman you fucking ignorant pieces of shi--

And when Bunny first said 'hey guys I'm making Rabbit a girl', and when she first put her design ideas out there, a bunch of people were like "Bunny we accept YOU but leave Rabbit as a guy please tavrymuch".

That side of it's died down a lot though since the band's performed with Rabbit as a lady, but still.

Anyway I drew Rabbit telling people to fuck off because I can.

This took way too long to finish. I need my tablet fixing.

((Also she brought back the goggles. I'm very happy about this.))
