just kidding that just happened on accident i don't actually plan that well

I'm sorry that I don't have anything fun and happy to share with you guys yet but maybe this is cute and nice?? SOON I PROMISE. I will cheer you and myself up this horrific holiday season. ;w;/
I just have a lot of art that piled up and I like to post just one thing a day so I don't overwhelm people as much.

Anyway; so this is all when John is 15-16, Aaron 18-19, and William 19-20
1- so John leaves the fighting rings for William's sake when he's 15 and he goes to Aaron afterwards who. He is constantly reminding him that he can always ask Aaron for help (even tho he never does bc he's dumb and he's been let down so many times (of course I say that but he does later as you will some day see)).

2- Aaron and John both have a crush on each other at this time but John doesn't think Aaron likes him back and Aaron is three years older than him and feels really weird about the fact that he has romantic feelings for John. So he kinda resolves to wait until John's older. And Aaron was in a bad relationship with a man older than him and really doesn't want to do that to John (have I mentioned that Aaron is a cute bc he is and he just wants to protect John at all times I love it even if he's a jealous little shit who causes problems)

3- John's relationship with the people he knew and considered friends starts to fall apart; except Aaron who is his best friend... But there is a rift growing between them caused by William.

4- Mr. William Tarsi... as I did not show you before. X"D
Suffice it to say that at first, John was more or less a tool that William wanted in his tool belt and nothing more. There was no sympathy or even a lot of empathy for him. They grew up in and live in completely different worlds. They did not have common ground. Not to mention the 4 year age difference between them.
- And this is part of why Aaron despises William so much (besides the fact that he's possessive and jealous); He could tell William did not care about John and he was extremely wary of the age gap between them.
After John and Aaron get into a fight (which you'll see part of tomorrow), William is eventually hit with, "I have inadvertently completely isolated this boy" and feels incredibly guilty about how he previously treated him and that's when he starts kinda doting on him and becomes very emotionally protective of him as you saw in the side comics. And he also tries to learn more about him and thus more about the people he now holds political power over.
His staff also stop being so judgmental when they learn that John is no longer associating with criminals... And a few probably just got fired and replaced.

And at some point you can expect me to revisit the ace boyfriends (John and Will) and show more of the nuances of their relationship.
