Ok....Megs figures that the Minicons just have to be easier to defeat/enslave because of their size, so he goes off to terrorize them.
( He's basically doing a start small/with the basics, then work your way up thing. You see, he's been thinking he kept going about this "Taking over the world/universe" thing all wrong, so he's decided to go back to the basics. Plus, he's doing it himself, so that he knows he's doing it right or not, and building his "Evilness" up personally.)
The Minicons go running scared, sending distress signals out.
As for if they get saved or not....it's your call Aesir.

I liked Cybertron because it was galaxy spanning, instead of being basically all set on Cybertron or Earth
