for *Heavenly-Princesses new contest. i may do another because i don't think it's quite what she wanted and, frankly, i'm a little disappointed in it. in addition to that, i did a terrible job editing it.it's chibiusa in case you couldn't guess

This is so not terrible! I might enter the contest as well, but I plan on doing adult Chibi USA. This is beautiful though. I don't care if I win or not, I love to see the wonderful art.
