Wow, you fixed the face and thumb I see, pinky still has a strange angle. I crossed my arms and looked at my hands and tried to hold my fingers just as the clown is doing, but it is impossible to twist your pinky like that. You should see the inside of the pinky, not the outside.

The cheeks seem kinda fat and the white lines underneath the chin and around the thing on his nose are a bit too bright I guess (I take it you'll change that when finishing it, as it still is a WIP)

The little piece of the handkerchief underneath the chin is a bit blue in comparison to the rest of the handkerchief.

You really put a great amount of detail in the face since the first version and the shadows have been improved too, it looks great!
