With the Elementals, I start with the frame of a face. They are all faces, but then I try and break them as much as possible, opening up new erratic shapes and images within the faces. I then "clean up" certain areas to accent some of the shapes that I see, leaving a captured being of the Γtheric realm.
With this one I think Air and Ice

it's funny i thought ice too (before i read your comment)...i wonder if we were all pre-programmed in 3rd grade art class with the talk on warm and cool primary colors? or is it more of an intrinsic thing?
