I drew a cool pose and decided it belonged to Kelly, so I traced over it and drew her doing some kind of jump/turn/shoot mabob. I put hair on her 'cause I'm kind of stuck on Halo Legends, though normally I'd draw her with a Demi Moore-style buzz cut like the book says. And she's a lot less buff than I usually draw her because my mom has a problem with muscular women, even if they are fantasy characters. So... yeah.(being at home with ppl critiquing what you draw really sucks sometimes)

Great job. I think your mom ought to let you draw Kelly any way you want to draw her. Besides, she's a fictional character. Encouragement from family definitely helps, but not put downs. I sorta like constructive critiques, but not a lot of it.

This week I started sketching in a library (drawing out some stuff for fanfiction) and by the end of the hour I had three other boys, all under the age of ten, watching me draw and offering suggestions for musculature and the such. One kid, only twelve, was helping me plan out the Weiritan anatomy!
I really like this pose. I imagine a HIIIIIIIYAHH noise is appropriate, for some reason.
