Ha! Actually, the weapon on the left needn't utilize combustible fuels: it is the Choose-Your-Poison Ejaculator. "Coose-Your-Poison" implying that you can, well, choose your poison. Any liquid that might be weaponized can be employed: holy water, vitriolic fluid, alchemical toxins and so forth.

Dr. Who is the reason gas masks are especially creepy, however I can't say I'd want to see this in a dark alley.

We have built an aetheric communicator made from a 1940s operator's headset that still works. We found an adapter that works with it, and play lines from that episode on a loop and ask people what it means... It's interesting the range of responses we get.

Because of this. I am obligated to add you to my watch list , I've uploaded a photo of some masks from inside the 'Secret Nuclear Bunker'here : [link] the mannequin on the far right is the appropriate era, and perhaps could lend itself as a reference for some play on that theme. So creepy...

Opus Anima looks quite interesting as well (googled it).

You can purchase these fine masks from Mr. Tom Banwell

We simply modified it slightly to be black. Leather dyes are available at your local Tandy Leather. If only we could show you the skull shaped strap in the back!

When traveling in an aether ship equipped with a time drive, "when" is both relative and irrelevant, depending on your point of view.

zelptheking In reply to AethertechIndustries [2012-09-19 01:47:33 +0000 UTC]

live show? web comic? that sounds pretty cool, what exactly is the story?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

AethertechIndustries In reply to zelptheking [2012-12-20 22:54:24 +0000 UTC]

That's a difficult question to answer in a paragraph. The premise: Victorian Britain is invaded by anchronistic monsters, native to both past and future. A crew of mnster hunters are equipped with a time ship and sent to discover the source of the invasions and, hopefully, to stop it. The crew are each unique flawed individuals, including but not limited to a Captain who appears to be a very poor leader yet possessed of uncanny luck, an explosives-obsessed, precognizant pilot on work release from an insane asylum and an engineer who at least puts the ship back together whenever she destroys a part of it.

The story arc will be explored in the comic we are working on and the live show is more like a particular instance of the crew showing up to protect and educate. The story is both dark and comical whereas the live show tends more to the comical. We've actually just won our 3rd award!
