Description
Augh. D: This one is hard to see... I may fix it later, but I'm tired.Another misleading thought in transgender issues. Just because this guy wants to be a girl doesn't mean he likes guys. Maybe she likes chicks. It has nothing to do with her gender. Same for female-to-male... though that scenario is a bit more rare, where a FTM likes men.
Anyway, another transgender support stamp I decided to make. =]
EDIT: Okay... I didn't know just HOW hard it was to see. New version.

I rarely ever see any ftms I can relate to because they're mostly heterosexual, and I've even had someone who is ftm say I wasn't valid bc I like guys ???? I was like 'what the hell man?'

Thank you for this, for a long time I was struggling with my identity as a trans boy but before I figured it out I was in a very emotionally sensitive state, and then this happened:
Sort-of Friend: "Hey what's going on with you?"
Me: "I'm just sort of emotional right now, this gender identity stuff has been really hard on me"
Sort-of Friend: "but I thought you already decided you were asexual"
Me: "That's my sexual orientation! This is gender identity!"

Hi sorry for the advertising it would be amazing if I could steal a bit of your time to read this comment! Just tell me to hide this comment if you do not want advertising on your page. Again I apologise if this annoys you. I am asking you to check out my group/project bEqual . Have you ever thought about gender equality and /or gender inequality? This groupβs focus is to raise awareness about this issue. It is a serious group and so far we only have statistics on Australia with Women in Poverty. If you could watch the group and maybe participate in Discussion that would be amazing. IF you are passionate and want to write blogs etc ask to join! We need members and more information on statistics around the world anyway. Even you could help but just spreading the word about the group, maybe just writing a journal or a piece of art or a story anything! Thank you for reading this! It means a lot. As well as that, replying to this comment or commenting on the front page of the group with your ideas also contributes and you donβt even have to join! Thank you so much!Β

I think I ran across someone like this on YouTube, but it was for a different concept. But anyway, I think trans gendered people are pretty cool, though there's a lot of misconceptions about them, if I remember right.

I agree!
We didn't choose our gender to the birth,it's luck and we have to do with!
Gender is only used to reproduce,no creating thing like inegality or gender role...

I know this is a transgender support stamp, but this stamp also works for people who are gender bi, gender queer and like myself, gender fluid.

It's sort of frustrating. I've been in a long relationship with my girlfriend (whose mtf trans*), and most of my family just shrugged, believing that I was just dating some "guy that dressed in women's clothing". It's a battle I've been fighting for four years to get them to understand.
However, when I came out and said that I was a lesbian, my sister's literal reaction was, "You're technically dating a guy, right? So I'm pretty sure that makes both of you straight." Immediate eye-roll on my part.
I always, always have to explain myself. Whether it's my girlfriend's gender, or our sexual orientation. Some people are polite about it, others are just down right ridiculously clueless.

I am FTM and it makes me really sad when lesbians hit on me and when I tell them I like men they say I'm in denial. And then straight females also tell me I'm a lesbian.
So I have trouble always going on dressed the way I like and sometimes wear "female" clothes, which makes me sad, just to get some fresh air and get away from it all.

Wow! Back from 2013. I will let you know, things have been better for me these past 4 years. I have been on testosterone and now no one misgenders me anymore. ^^ Therefore, no more being called a lesbian.

On one end I think they're (those lesbians) just that desperate, then on the other (those hetgirls) they're just that ignorant.
There's waaay too much importance on sex. Considering I don't get out much, I hope I don't experience that as you had. > _ < //hugs//

Yeah...
It's usually that way.
And it doesn't mean that they're just really lesbian to want to be a guy either...
Bah, I've been fighting my case with my parents for a year now...
Over the fact that orientation really has nothing to do with it.

i don't care if my mom doesnt believe me
but anyway yu're right orientation and gender are different things

Yes, thank you! A stamp perfectly fitting me. This means a bunch to me, especially considering I have, actually up until today, thought that being the way I am and still liking men meant I was like a fuckin king of freaks. <3 I now understand.

Everytime my friend mentions wanting to be a man to someone, and then mentions being attracted to men, they say "Why don't you just stay a girl? That doesn't make sense.".
Not everyone wants to be straight. Some people love the opposite genders genitals so much that they want their own.

Both of the 'ftm' I have met like only men.
And it goes both ways, you know? Just because Masao is a homosexual does not mean he wants to become a lady! I hated in elementary school, all the kids would harass me, "So when are you getting the surgery?"

I remember for Abnormal Psychology I had to do a final project on Gender Identity Disorder, the most awkward part of that project was it was also with my ex boyfriend. We managed to polarize immediately when he said "Oh we could talk about homosexuality too." I replied with homosexuality is not related to GID the way he was thinking. Thankfully the course of research caused him to let up on his position.

Grah, I love you for this. Not many people seem to get that gender identity/gender doesn't mean you like a certain gender. Even from people who claim to be I've gotten, "Why would you wanna be a boy? You like boys wouldn't it just be easier to be straight?"
It's like I can't win, if I like boys I should just stay a girl and if I like girls I'm a lesbian who can't face the fact that I'm gay apparently.
