Indeed... after 2 failed trials, both of which involved burning 30 cultures of E. Coli in an incubator-that-was-actually-an-oven, I was SICK of all things sciencey. Xp

Your experiment sounds like it *needed* to be burned... for health reasons LOL
I did an experiment on hatching flea eggs.. which failed miserably and I BS'd the outcome... somehow it still earned me a 2nd place ribbon XD Then, of course, when I actually *tried* to do the next two projects properly (we had to do one each year of junior high) they both worked well but I got no ribbons at all
