Icon commission for Dragon-Lady-NFLD of their Minkin, Bluebell ♥Late commission is late and I have a ton of others on my plate but I don't wanna attract hate, yet it's a debate if I'll recuperate. /rhymes weeee
Anyways, I'm starting to learn photoshop again and this is the results of my learning so far! I got a lot of help from my bf to make it look as nice as possible c: I also experimented with painting over, added some touches here and there but I'm rather bad at painting, so I've gotta practice.
