My quick entry for the group's Character Introduction Contest! And my favorite character of course is Ruby. X3 Why? There's plenty of reasons why!

1.) He's fabulous. Don't even try to deny it. There is no Dexholder as fabulous as Ruby.
2.) He's hilarious. The first time I read the R/S arc, I could simply not stop laughing. His antics are hilarious, and he's unpredictable.
3.) He's very different from your standard hero, with his originally wanting no part whatsoever in saving Hoenn. In fact, he just wanted to go home to Johto. It wasn't his business. But he eventually got to saving the region anyways, once Sapphire made him realize his mistakes.
4.) Part of one of the most adorable couples ever. Franticshipping is hilarious, cute, sweet, and can be filled with drama too. And they're practically canon! (Ruby's just in denial... >.> Come on Ruby, just accept the truth...)
5.) Let's face it. He's adorable as a 12 year old. And when we see him again, he'll probably like what, 16? X3 Just imagine how hot he'll be by then. Like Silver from G/S to HG/SS... =w=
6.) I just really love his personality. He's so sassy and snarky, but can be kind and caring at the same time. He can make you laugh and make you hang on the edge of your seat in suspense, he can make you want to slap him on the face and a second later make you want to hug him. He's one of those characters that just never gets old- he's always got surprises.

So yeah, I really, really love Ruby. XD The sketch was a little quick, but definitely better than previous drawings of him for sure... =w=" I might fix it some other time. I'll probably be posting much more regularly in the summer! (hopefully with even more improvement. X3)
