I've only grown up in the DS-era but, I love retro gaming. I was 9 when I got my first handheld. A nintendo DSi and my first game was Scribblenauts. Now I have 28 games and many of which are remakes of former classic rpgs. (like Chrono Trigger)

But I'm still glad this love for nintendo is a universal feeling for any generations that grew up with a handheld nintendo.

I'm already feeling nostalgia for my old Nintendo DS. This "XL" concept makes the Pokemon sprites look... weird.

I like how in the depictions, the colours change to match that of each device. Makes me wonder what I missed

I saw each one of this pictures in tumblr, and I searched for them in deviantart for a long time. Just now I noticed the change of the colours, depending of the console. Nice detail. Also, I love Mario's expression.

I love this picture and all the nostalgia it has, but I can't help but notice that Pikachu's tail deviates from the official design. You have brown on the end of the tail where as official Pikachu has it on the other end. Otherwise excellent use of color and I love how you chose lineless.
