Lots done right here. Yes, it's very fashionable, but it's the look of your model that makes the picture. Her hair having a few loose strands- still very beautiful, just blown around a bit - gives what are otherwise perfect shapes and colors a dash of something more human. The gaze is terrific. Is she paying attention to us? Is there something she wants or is curious about? Her makeup goes well with the outfit and does not feel obtrusive. That her head is at a bit of a slant and off-center makes the composition more inviting.
It's great that the pastel colors of the outfit itself, while lovely, just become a reflective surface of light. You've captured something that isn't quite fashion here. It feels like more of a flowering. Great work!

The colour combinations are perfect, even though I guess more brightness could ha been better. Great job, anyway.
