Said I would upload a picture of the cake after it was sliced. Wish it was a better shot but people were grabbing up slices so quickly I didn't exactly have time to "pose" it. LOLUncut:
This is proof that Cream Cheese Icing can be pipped, shaped and even have chocolate covered strawberries placed on top of it while retaining it's shape.

Thanks. Heavy oil, little cocoa and red food coloring (no taste red) Otherwise that much red will make the cake taste terrible.

Thanks. I have been tweaking this recipe for around 10 years. I finally am happy with it and placing it in the "book."
Though, now that the recipe is ideal for me I have to tweak it some more. Working on a doughnut form of the cake. Do my first trial run Weds if everything goes well.
