Its for 64bit & Windows 7 only.
You have to download & install Custopack Tools first to enable the installation of this visual style: [link]
This is not created by me. I just converted it to Custopack. So keep that in mind.
One more thing, this is not a real Windows 8 Release Preview. This is just a theme/visual style for Windows 7.
This is a Visual Style for Windows 7 that looks exactly the same as Windows 8.
I change the logon screen to a metro style looking.
