The idea here is that America, Canada, and England are watching Dr.Who, and America doesn't watch Dr.Who (Cuz he's American lol )He asks what it is.
Iggy replies "The Doctor!"
To which America replies, confused, "Who?"
And of course, poor Canada is so used to hearing that question, that he replies (and is ignored).
This might have been a better idea than an actual arts But I made it anyway. Made in Flash.
