Misty got re-designed. A lot x3She won't originally have wings, but you can draw her with them :3
Just shading practice, hehe :3 Drew the lineart in December, decided to finish it, so here 'ya go!
The legs are too short and wierdly rotated, I know
And the background is just awful... but my computer started lagging a lot so I couldn't do anything <.<
