Explanation for what is happening in the drawing:
Cartman realizes that the reason why Kyle is living a good life is because he's kind of a saint. (Not fully xD)
Cartman really needs Kyle's help to be good, but Kyle doesn't notice it, hence the "Walking away" movement.
The black smoke surrounding Cartman is the evil in him that wants Cartman to still be bad. He tries to fight it, so poINTS for ma smol beb.
The white smoke is Kyle's pureness, which Cartman is afraid of gaining as well, since he's never really actually been good for something that wouldn't benefit him.
So the mix and battle between the two colors is the distorted way Cartman views this situation.
He's scared of being good, and also scared of being bad.
He only wants Kyle's help.
The deteriorating horns and demon wings are the sign that Cartman has given up on being corrupted, cue the halo now forming and the angel wings too.
The little black strings reaching out to Kyle is the evil inside Cartman, which Cartman doesn't want to hurt Kyle anymore, so he falls to his knees and cries, begging that the "demons" inside him don't hurt Kyle, but thankfully Kyle's good heart is too strong for Cartman's darkness.
So in this drawing, Kyle is blissfully unaware and Cartman is struggling and needs help.
