Description Its official... LeoCAD [link] is the coolest program known to man. I have only just found out about it some of you guys have probably known about it for years. But hey, thats life.

This is the result of 30 minuites playing with it. I made the scene which i thought it was funny, but at the same time sad

Rendered in mentalray (like cracking a nut with a sledge hammer...), in such a small amount of time I forgot to look.

This is cool how’s it work after you make the Lego car and you get a OBJ to import to Maya? To render it or does the program have a rendering system?

My friend at school did this the hard way modeled all the pieces and then put them together in Maya with the instruction booklet.

You can export the objects as .3ds or .obj. I used Deep exploration 5 to convert the 3ds file to a maya file. The app does support POV-ray, but I have maya so why bother

I had thought about modelling some lego, but i could not be arsed with the hastle of modeling every little part... This on the other hand rocks, as nearly every lego bit is there and they snap fit together.
