Description
The first of....several big commissions for my friend FrancisJeremyXavyer.He thought up a scenario of two fictional Spy Agency's teaming up, (Organization Without a Cool Acronym and Big Top Secret Organization) to heated results. But hey, it did lead to what I feel is a fun take on Carl's infamous spy song, and it gave me an excuse to draw some Disney Channel fanart, of which I rarely do.
