Guess I've never gone into detail about this girl.
Usami is supposed to be a very hyper active girl who is proficient in magic. She mostly uses her magic to play pranks on other people. Despite her goofy behavior she is very powerful.

Her design is actually based out of several charcters. The most notable one is Usagi from Sailor Moon. I was actually designing a magician, but wanted her make fun of general magical girls. I used Usami as her name and sounds like Usagi(Rabbit). I usually refrain from using Japanese names, but I decided to incorporate it since this girl is bunny themed to some extent. Her hair is actually fixed around to look like bunny ears since I thought sticking bunny ears would just be plain. at the same time I was able to give her twintails so that was a bonus. Her hair is actually pretty complex. It was a complete accident that everything came out alright though.
