Not as heavy as it looks. RADAR Arrays aren't exactly my forte, but much of that array assembly is hollow for air recirculation to keep the entire thing cool.

You will have an enormus stability problems. It's just too small ship to have that kind of array. And if it is hollow there will be no good air circulation around it, additional problem.

The criticism is fine.
It's "mostly hollow," as in it involves a great deal of air ducting and fans.
It's not a ship meant to go into a great deal of combat or do any sort of high-speed maneuvers, and would be regularly pulled into port or put further out to sea to avoid high-seas; it's meant to augment large Air Defense commands and watch for ballistic missiles and larger air raids, or possibly monitor large swathes of air over a foreign country.
