The Bible clearly states that when dogs and cats begin rapping in the streets it's the beginning of the apocalypse.So you can thank Captain.Cat.Kit and Parappa the Rapper here. They're probably discussing a compilation album or something.
By the way, why is he called Capt. Cat-Kit? Wouldn't Kit-Cat be catchier? Or is that technically copyright infringement? So many unanswered questions... (like, 'wasn't there supposed to be a sequel?')
