Shirley Fenette, of Code Geass.I took a liking to her, despite popular fandom opinion. She's a little klutzy, a little bit of a stereotypical school-girl, a little naive, but she's also very genuine in her feelings for Lelouch. She still falls in love with him despite all that happens to her, and she tells him, "No matter how many times I am reborn, I'm sure I'll fall in love with you again, Lulu."
I also like how the people in this series have a change of clothes...
(random fact: I love her muchlies, and yet I had to google her eye colour. I thought it was blue. FAIL.)
