I thought that Luna can't just wear her regular uniform without putting her little "personal touch" on it. Thank you so much for your comment ! I'm glad you like it ! ^^

hihi ! Merci !

thank you so much ! "pictured like in the books": That the best compliment ever for me. I really wanted to draw the "original" characters as I picture them in my mind. I love the actress who plays Luna but she's too beautiful to be "my" Luna and not weird enough
Anyway thank you so much for your comment ! You totally made my day
And I think Luna is talking about her dirigible plums, because Padma asked her why she's wearing radish as earrings

my pleasure, dear
yeah, I agree with you, ... though I haven't seen the movies, I've seen pics of the actors (well, unless you've been living on the moon for the last 10 years, it was difficult not to see any, no?), and I thought, too, that this actress was a bit too good-looking to be Luna

When the first film came out I didn't want to see anything(photos, posters ...) and refused to go to the cinema to see it ! Even if my dad really wanted to watch it ! I really wanted to keep the images I had in my mind. But one year later when the "chamber of secrets" was on the screen, I fall and went watch it. There's some good things in it like costums, set, special effects, landscapes ...and some great actors too !And I kept the representation of the characters I had in my mind before seeing the movies. But if you're a purist and a true fan, you must keep in mind that the movie is only a screen adaptation and won't show you the book on the screen in order to appraciate them.
Do you planned to watch them one day or is it a choice to not watching them ? I'm curious
Anyway thank you one more time !

well, as a matter of fact, I became a HP freak in an unusual way...
when I 1st heard of the books, I was completely immersed in my thesis at the university, and we were preparing our wedding, so, even as a bookworm, I didn't have time to read it...
During our honeymoon, I saw the 1st movie in the plane, and I thought that the story could have been interesting, but that the young actors were not really good (sorry, only my opinion, I don't want to offend anyone)and it gave me the impression the movie wasn't really interesting...
when the 6th book came out, I was chatting with my sister on msn, and she told me: you know how much I dislike fantasy and magic stuff (she's a sci-fi freak), but I've begun reading HP and it's really really good!
so I went to the public library and borrowed the 1st book... and I read it 3 times in a row!!! it was really awesome, and I read all the others very quickly ... but I was always not really keen to see the movies... and, a few months later,in another plane to Canada, there was PoA playing. I was curious, but, after 20 minutes, I got really annoyed, 'cause, you know, I am not able to tell myself, as you say "it's a screen adaptation, it's not the book" so I got annoyed with every little detail, with the movie Sirius and Remus (who don't look at all like in my mind)... so I decided taht, definitely, the movies were not something for me...
I dunno, if I had seen them all and not read the books, or begun with another movie than the 1st one, I might have liked them, but I suppose my inner imaginative world is just too stubborn to see the movies as an adaptation...
Hope this answered your question... and, really, I don't mean to offend anyone, it's just that the movies are not for me ...
Hugz

Usually the colors are a little bit more vivid in real. But my scanner doesn't like markers !
And most of my work is traditionnal, just because I absolutely don't know how to use digital art ! But I love that technic. It's easy and faster than most of the other traditional technics
I'm glad you noticed ! I love Ravenclaws ans Hufflepuff ! They really deserve more love !
Thank you so much for your comment ! You made my day !
