It was one of the more difficult tasks so far, which I did. There are several on the list. I think I deserve a good big ice cream. What do you think?

I always thought of this as Celestia's evil side(ie. Like Nightmare Moon to Princess Luna) but, after the introduction of "Nightmare Rarity" in the comics causing me to see "Nightmare Ponies" as something else entirely, now I'm not so sure... ... ... Oh well, maybe the show will do something before the series is over.

Well, for me the the Nightmare Rarity arc from the comics was just an alternate take. Personally I don't like the idea of an outside force possessing a pony because it provides an excuse for any wrongdoing ("The Devil made me do it!" and all that. 😓 ).
I'm inclined to believe the Nightmare versions _are_ the ponies' evil sides. Maybe Hasbro will address the issue canonically someday....
