Weapons: actually don't like fighting but uses Blutsauger mostly.
* Laziest Medic, you can see his really rare on the battlefield;
* Only person not scared to going into enemy's team.
* Rebel to transforming into Seaponies;
*He likes wearing Hawaiian shirts,
*He don't have to wear glasses, but he wears them because he thinks he looks cool with them.
Little story:
From kid Flutter don't likes his Seapony form and that transforming thing. When he grew up he threw up his transformation necknacle and left his hometown to find himself.
Note:
* His feathers in tail are inspired by Medic's coat tail.
