This is really beautiful drawing!
i really like all details of it, like the structure of the dragonΒ΄s scales and feathers of the bird. This is probably the best part of the picture.
You did really well with capturing anathomy of those animals (despite dragon is magical creature so its anathomy is up to everyoneΒ΄s imagination).
The idea of the pen and ink dripping from it is really interesting, it gives the picture more depth in emotional meaning, I mean- it makes people look at it and imagine it being drawn by the same pen, life created by hand of drawer.
Also i like the composition, body of dragon making curve without end is very interesting, it gives the picture balance. Overall expression is great, your drawing skills are very good and I really like the motive of this.

The dragon could use more highlights and just value work in general, and I think some pale shades of colors and shading might do well or the pen's feather.

Looks great, my favoruites gotta be the bird. My suggestion would be more structure in the quils feather rather than pure white, genreally more form and pattern - i.e more shading and texture on dragon
