A scene from Chapter 16 of Golden Wolf Warrior. Quite a few filters, layer modes, masking, dodge & burn, opacity changes, and adjustment layers were used in this piece. Filters used where lens flare, motion blur, and gaussian blur.---
"Her arms were shaking violently. With the constant water pounding and climbing up the wall she was putting a lot of strain on her arms and legs. She could barely see in front of her as she kept on climbing. The firebender got halfway up the waterfall before slipping and falling into the river.
Out of her control she was pushed and pulled violently by the water under the waterfall until she was pushed out into calm water. She swam as fast as she could to the surface to catch her breath. Azula didnβt know why she was doing this. Something kept telling her she needed to do this."

I remember Azula as being well "endowed" in the series. Was this just a mistake or do you imply that Water Tribe girls are not "endowed" because of malnourishment?

Just real quick, a comment about this:
If her hair were down, and falling in the water, her bangs would be too... Just something to look out for when you're drawing things like that. :3

I sketched it traditionally on paper and then finished the rest of the drawing on the computer. I found this to be one of my best pieces too 
Just keep practicing. I know very clichΓ©, but that's really all it is, a lot of practice. I still have issues drawing certain things, but I won't get better if I don't practice and fail a lot of times before I get it right.

The title of this piece reminds me of X-Men: First class.
