My fav character from Kim Possible! I sketched this out while watching the marathon and colored it today in Photoshop. I spent more time on the background than the actual picture... And I wasn't sure whether or not to put shadows on it. I spent 15 min turning the shadow layer on and off and on and off trying to decide. My loving sister told me she liked the shadows. Yeah, that background must have taken forever! ^.^ You drew it all in, right? If you want a maybe easier way, I suggest making a copy of the image (in this case, Ron) then pasting him into a different layer. Then double click the layer, use a color overlay and a stroke line. Then make that new layer of a colored silohette of Ron bigger. Do it a couple times to get that ripple effect.
Of course, there very well may be a faster way.
