I would like to think that the hands are the most complex part of a person's anatomy; five fingers each hand, capable of all kinds of movement. There are even 12 joints in just each set of four fingers alone, much more with the thumbs; therefore I would expect the tires to form first because of all the extra attention they would recieve.

That, and I just love the thought of a human being having hands for tires.

But the artist who did this sequence decided that it should be seperate from the actual series. Can't change that now, I guess.
