Specter, aka Collette Simmons, is a super-charged Dodge Viper that has been equipped with multiple weapon systems. Concussion missiles, disruption and hot or cold lasers, concussion and traverser mines, and advanced tracking systems are all part of her arsenal. She is also equipped with Turbo Thrust and the CCC mulit-band radio, standard equipment as designed and implemented by Chase Labs. And, the other type of standard equipment, is the mind of Collette Simmons, a tough gal who has self-trained herself (after a little guidance early on from her peers and former allies) to take on any other opponent with minimal damage to herself or those close to her.

Just don't get her cold, or she might kick your butt.
