I may have alluded a bit around who Fox is in the fanfics, but if not here she is.

Kitsune Matsui is a former assistant to Dr. Leo who worked at Chase Labs out of high school. She is Asian-American, brilliant at both chess and a former debate student, not to mention very skilled at genetics and formulas.

She is also Fox, a ford GT who was built as a counterpart replacement when Specter was lost from Dr. Leo's warehouse in eastern Diego City. Leo sunk most of his reserves into the project, and Fox is a contender both in person and on the road.

Although Fox has since severed ties with Leo, she is very independant and is currently performing research on her own in the Colorado mountains. She comes from a wealthy family, although recently has limited exposure with anyone.

She detests Leo, and would gladly employ the use of her katana collection if needed. Fox is also equipped with the most weapons of the fanfic changers, as well as the only vehicle equipped with reversion foam, a cool foam that is able to cool the vehicle quickly and revert her to human form at a moment's notice.
