Just something I tossed together to break up the literature.

Nauridia is one of the mermaids featured in the Black Rider saga. Though we learn about her later on in the story, I took one of the linearts I had downloaded - I will upload the link to the original later in the day (I work later and don't have the time now) and colored in her colors.

Visual aids help so much - you have no idea - to a writer, it seems. The purple streaks are an important plot point - so I won't go into detail right now.

Anyways, here's Nauridia. I suppose I'll clean up the image someday and make it into a finished lineart image.
