24 bosses in 1 game? I think that too much as long if you have that many A.I. strategies for each of them. If I was the game designer, I would put 6 to 8 bosses (not counting the mini bosses).

If you were a game designer.
All of bosses are type of representation of greek alphabet letters. Like in Rockman, they have poses. Each of character poses like letter of alphabet. I hope you have enough imagination.

Well, yes. But I asked, do you have that many ideas for boss fights for all of them? It would be easy for an RPG game, but what I've saw, your game is suppose to be a 2D side scroller, which you have to be very creative to make original and fair A.I. for the bosses.

I make them this way:
I look for last letter I haven't made
Next I try to imagine how could a character pose to make seem itself like a letter.
After that I try to draw character and his mugshot (because I will add dialogues)
Then...
