Controlled Evolution was inspired by Xelku9's CharlesHe can hold his breath for up to an hour, is almost as smart as grey matter, and can make things evolve or "unevolve".
His lungs dry up near fire.

No offense, but this is just... bad. Your more recent art is far far better, so I would like to see what this would look like if you redrew him.
