Time for a change of pace, shall we?
Thanks to getting both Bookends and Bridge Over Troubled Water recently, I remarked to myself how easy these two could be as cartoons. Top that off with all their bickering, and they could have been a realllly cheesy 60s version of Laurel and Hardy!
I kid, but at least their music was great! 
Simon & Garfunkel belong to their respective owners. The artwork belongs to me.

Oh, Paul was and is a shortie!
I'm definitely more of a S&G fan myself (Paul's solo career has been good for sure, just occasionally hit n miss. I still like it!), the duo cranked out quite a few pretty tunes!

Yeah, Simon and Garfunkel were great when they were together. (Paul's solo career was hit and miss how, by the way?) Of course no one seems to remember Art Garfunkel's solo career with the exception of that "Bright Eyes" song for Watership Down.

Indeed, that classic just has that b&w gloomy feel to it that most of their other hits don't simply have (either they have a livelier beat or a more rosey outlook).

Yeah, it's odd! They produced a heck of a lot of good music, quite a bit can still be heard today. And most importantly, they're so easy to caricature with Simon's stature, so it's bizarre!
