This is for the Youtube Poop art jam by which can be found here: chopfe.deviantart.com/journal/β¦I admit I was not a fan of YTPs for a long time. But when King of the Hill showed up and I found some fun videos there, I started to enjoy a select few.
I guess with KotH, the comedy was there to begin with, so it's all about not botching the humor!

Honestly, after rewatching the pilot, I could never understand how that show even got picked up! It did get a lot better, but i never expected that kind of humor show to go as far as it did. Great rendition of the characters!

I guess when you create something like Beavis and Butthead before this, you get a lot of leeway to ramp up the humor. But I do appreciate it's much more relaxed pace of humor compared with the increasingly rapid pop culture deliveries of today.

I freaking LOVE King of the Hill. It's one of my favorite cartoons ever. I'm not familiar with this jam, or a fan of YTPS, but I can just giggle at the boys drawn in your style. It's funny just to look at!

YTP's are definitely an acquired taste, even with the best of shows like KotH, but the original show is a deserved modern classic.

Yeah, some of those videos can be extremely lazy, but some people do make the best of this format (I guess that's the case of any media format after all!). I'm glad you could get a kick outta this one, thanks for the input!
