It's been a while since I've done a Transformer. This is a reimagining of Devastator, one of my favorite Decepticons. Honestly, I was never really liking the design of Devastator from ROTF. He seemed like a rainbow. It was unclear which vehicles he was made up of and even if they had individual forms. I hated the balls. I didn't like the fact that Devastator barely did anything. Bascially I didn't like the film at all.

Anyways, I always felt a way to counter the rainbow look was having similar colored Construction vehicles. Yellow/orange is the most common construction vehicle we see. I tried making him green to look like the G1 version, but I think it looks too goofy. In my design, I have a most of the vehicles making up separate limbs, but for some of them, I think the idea of spliting up could work too. For example, you can see parts of the cement mixer on each shoulder as the rest of it makes up the head.

The pictures are just references and not exactly what's supposed to be in there. I'm not an expert on construction vehicles, but I tried to keep all the original constructicons in there as well as some vehicles that could fit in. Each vehicle has it's own decepticon entity, but don't ask me for individual robot forms of each vehicle. Not yet at least. That's too much work. Or I might do smaller drawings of each one to add to the pic in the future. At least of the newer vehicles. The designs of the Dump Truck, Cement Truck, and Bulldozer from the film looked fine to me.

I might update the drawing later by adding some other robot for scale. Maybe a dead Mudflap would do the trick...
