I've recently realized that all the version-exclusive Fakemon for my region so far are special-case ones such as legendaries and Ultra Beasts, and figured I should make some regular version-exclusives. Took me a while to come up with something, but I found a line in a song that I thought would make a great starting point. (I'll reveal what song it was either when I post the final evolutions for each, or when someone correctly guesses it - whichever comes first.) I came up with the second stages of each first, and designed the first stage accordingly. Both lines would be somewhat challenging to get in a hypothetical game, with the first stages in out-of-the-way locations and the second stages being catchable in a sidequest, but well worth the effort, with the second stages having stats on par with Volcarona.

Minilith and its evolution live most of their lives in the sky, and are fittingly exclusive to Heights. I'm not entirely sure why I chose purple for the crystals, but it does contrast well with the color scheme of its counterpart, and it certainly is a powerful color. As for why I went with crystals in the first place, they're nice aesthetically, and I needed more Rock-types. The evolution is going to be a heck of a lot larger (as in "probably about Eternatus-sized"), with a little ecosystem on its back. I'll quite likely be working on that for my next stream , with its counterpart scheduled for the following week.
