Blaze the cat! i wanted to add a pirate theme to her design since most of her world involves in pirates XDher sword can turn into fire.and btw I know she has a tail but in my story Lost hero~she.... lets just say something happen to her tail

I always love a good Blaze redesign and this is no exception
I love the 'Pirate Queen' theme, good choice in making it fit her world. I see her as a noble pirate/Robin Hood-esque role like her kingdom has fallen into the hands of a evil usurper and she fights it on the waves and land to retake it.
Nice art style too, like the games but your style is still good and noticeable, and I think her lower half looks fine (then again the only adult in Sonic to base her on is Vanilla and she always wears a dress).
Love the outfit, the corset and belt are really pirate yet don't seem out of place with her more Blaze cape and boots (liking the solid heels btw). Like the flame effect of her hair tuft and gem and while I can't get my head around how practical that sword handle would be it still looks cool.
It's not just the legs that make her look older, she's no longer flat! (... please don't incinerate me)
Well, hope she finds whoever cut her tail off and hope this gets more attention, good work

No, the lower part of her body is fine. Instead, I would like to point you to the upper part of her body, namely, her eyes. They look unnecessarily jagged. May I suggest making her eyes a bit more rounded?
Also, it's a shame you had her get her tail cut off. Her tails is honestly one of my favorite things about her.
Lastly, I'm sure there's more to her world than just pirates, certainly not enough I would say to justify making her a pirate or giving her a design like one. Blaze is not a pirate; she's a princess/regent of an as-of-yet unseen kingdom with strong ties to the Sol Emeralds. She may be in occasional conflict with them, but that's it.
