Description
This is a set of bokeh brushes, good for creating abstract backgrounds or enhancing existing images. Background tutorials are here and here .
The brushes were created in Photoshop CC, however I have tested them in CS2 and they are backwards-compatible at least that far.

These brushes may be used in 2D and 3D art without restriction, including games. No attribution required.
