The only times we actually saw her completely barefoot was in three episodes (AG episodes 12/19/20, season 6) when she was in her swimsuit, and also in the two movies (Lucario and Mew, concluding season 8 and Manaphy, concluding season 9 and the AG series) when May was at the hot springs in the former movie, and underwater in the latter (and this pic, animefeet.wikia.com/wiki/File:… ).
And no, the Diamond and Pearl episodes 77 and 78 (in season 11) don't count since May was either wearing sandals (both episodes) or slippers (latter).
