)I'm again in 'love with' doing Artemis/Holly fanart. I've just re-read the first four books, and got more and more persuaded that these two make a cute couple. I've heard they are getting even closer in the fifth book, though not romantically. I doubt if they would ever get closer romantically in canon, but hey, that's what fanon is for!
Obviously, Arty is older here, around 18, and Holly has grown at least half a metre, so they fit perfectly.
As for the title, trust me, they're snogging in a field full of shamrocks (and wild flowers), even if that's not visible. Yep, I could say this is another Ireland-inspired art

I never considered any ship in AF besides A/H and I never will. The fifth book is out in Britain (and will be out in the USA on 15th September). I got it two days ago. I haven't yet finished it, but so far I like it. Arty has a 'love interest' in it, a genius girl named Minerva. *grimaces* I don't like Minerva. Arty/Holly forever!

Well, I think I'd rather Nathaniel than Artemis becauce I still imagine Arty as a eleven years old selfish boy. And Nathaniel is not any more a boy for meh.

I don't like James a bit. He's evil. Harry would never torture any onelike like stupid James did. I'm wondering how a nasty father like that could have a nice son like Harry. Besides, Harry in book six was anything but childish. He's grown up and acted like an adult, especially when opposing the Minister for Magic. Have you read the sixth HP book at all? If yes, you should know that he's very mature. Actually, it surprised me just how mature he turned after his tantrums in the fifth book.
And no, I don't imagine Arty as an eleven-year-old anymore. Most of the time I imagine him between 16 and 25, and I prefer reading fics about him in which he's older, therefore capable of... er... having sex with Holly
Btw, have you seen the new Superman movie? I saw it two days ago, and thought 'oh my gosh, that's exactly how I imagine Nathaniel, just with longer hair!' (I mean this for the guy who played Superman, he's HOT, has black hair, and those dreamy blue eyes... SO NAT

I don't really like Harry, maybe bocause I'd read first three books more carefully. He's definetly a hero-character I don't like such people. Prefer spying, ambitious evil boys.
Well, I didn't saw Superman, because Don't like him at all. And this sweety curl on his forhead *splash* I'd rather batman. More mysterious.
BTW have you seen Pride and Prejudice? Mr. Darcy is a pattern for every single boy!

I haven't seen Pride and Prejudice, at least not the new version. I'm not one for Austen, her style bores me to pieces.
Normally I don't mind nasty boys - that's why I like Nat and Arty - but James is a git. He's not 'elegantly nasty' like Nat and Arty (or even Draco), but stupidly and embarrassingly nasty. No wonder Harry's embarrassed about his father's teenage deeds.
I don't like Batman at all. I saw two movies of it (as far as I remember the first two) and hated both. Not that I'm taken with the OLD Superman movies - they're cute but sort of boring and comical. This new one, however, TOTALLY ROCKS. I don't mind the curl on Superheroboy's forehead, it's funny-looking, makes me smile.

I'm on an Arty streak right now too(pardon the pun..) and I think my moms getting worried about how much I'm drawing them...And if Colfer never puts these two together romantically...I'm going on strike. Becuase that would be a real shame.
I mean, come on. If he were to see your artworks, he could totally see how visually apealing these two would be together.

Nope, actually I don't think there are any moments in any of the first four books where I can see romance between the two, but while they were enemies in book one, they turn friends in book two, and their friendship grows stronger in book three and four. In four I thought I saw a few moments of real tenderness between them, and according to my British friend who's read book five already, their friendship grows even stronger and 'tenderer' in it. But I doubt if there will ever be A/H romance in canon, as Colfer isn't courageous enough for that

Book five is called The Lost Colony and has just come out in the UK, and will come out in September in the USA and in Australia. I've ordered it and will hopefully get it within two weeks. Can't wait

A harmadik és negyedik könyvet simán megkapod szerintem az Astoriánál levő Libri emeletén (a harmadik címe: The Eternity Code, és nekem személyes kedvencem, a negyedik pedig The Opal Deception). Igaz, én már vagy egy éve jártam abban a Libriben, de akkor volt mindkettőből pár példány. Meg egy kiegészítő könyvecske is, Fowl Files címmel, de az nem olyan érdekes, csak rövid történeteket tartalmaz, afféle 'aside-story'-kat.
Ha már nincs nekik meg a két könyv , akkor rendeld meg külföldről, én általában azt csinálom, ha egy könyvre nem vagyok képes addig várni, hogy a Libriben is legyen belőle (az ötödik könyvet is már megrendeltem). Mivel Interneten keresztül nem tudok és nem is merek rendelni, ezért a Bestsellers Kft.-n keresztül rendelek. Ez egy könyvesbolt az Október 6. utcában, és bármilyen külföldön megjelent könyvet beszereznek neked, a rendeléstől számított 3-4 héten belül, sokszor olcsóbban, mintha a Libriben akarnád megvenni. Ha minden igaz, az ötöskémnek két hét múlva itt kell lennie *izgatott dörzsöli a kezét, ugyanis azt hallotta, hogy Artemis az ötösben végre szenvedni kezd a pubertás örömeitől* Most képzelj el egy hormjaitól bezsongott Artemist!
